We had such a great time! As hosts we didn’t want our guests hungry or uncomfortable, so we kept setting out an ongoing array of breakfast goods, cookies, candy, snacks, fruit, nuts and vegetables as well as a full lunch and a variety of beverages.
Thank you all for coming and making this special. We were limited to 16 tables, which we filled on the first day. Thank goodness for reservations that helped us stay under our limit.
It was a super friendly fun atmosphere. Greg Vance did a terrific job and everyone seemed to have a good time. Conner was aide and caddy on both days and kept everything running smoothly around the tables. Our location included a bar in the next room and I noticed that some people took advantage of the bar down the hall for après bridge celebrations and lamentations.
We owe a big debt of gratitude to Barbara Page for all her work in putting together this event. We owe Garrard Marsh for providing the space at a price we could afford.
